How our role has changed over the past few decades and what is the next phase of evolution? How can human resources in an organization today identify the key levers for a successful transformation for itself and for the organization?

Using a structured methodology, we will combine the future with the reality of the organization in order to identify challenges and opportunities and choose the highest impact levers of transformation to put into action as individuals, by roles and for the group.
